Order With Google

ActiveMenus automatically syncs with Google to collect payments. In order to receive funds, ActiveMenus will provide you with a simple way to link up your companies Debit Card or Bank Account through one of the largest payment providers, Stripe (www.stripe.com).

Once this process is complete, we will then send you any payments owed to you less any fees. You can choose to receive deposits, daily, weekly or monthly.

Originally, you will be asked to download the OrderLogic App. This is all part of the automated onboarding process. Once the OrderLogic App is installed on any Android or IOS device, we will automatically send you a test order. Once the test order is verified, orders will be sent to your tablet or phone.

Our customer support comes included in any costs associated with the service.

This is what we pride ourselves on. Our friendly customer service agents around the US will tend to any customer support issues either through phone or live chat.

When a customer orders through ActiveMenus online ordering or the Order with Google platform, we automatically send the customer an email and text message with both live chat and a phone number for both tracking and any order issues they may have.

If the customer has any order issues, we will handle the issue prior to reaching out to your establishment. If there are refunds or comps that our staff deems necessary, we will document all issues and you will be able to view all reasons and discounts via the merchant portal.

The ActiveMenus cost is only credit card fees of 2.89% & 29 cents per order.

For all orders there will be a $1.50 convenience fee charged by ActiveMenus to the consumer. These fees include all customer support that our ActiveMenus team handles on your restaurants behalf.

When signing up, you will provide an estimated prep time for your establishment. Once the customer orders, they are alerted via text on when their order will be ready.

You as the merchant also have control over prep times when orders arrive through the tablet. If an order arrives with a 20 minute prep time auto suggested, you will have the ability to change prep times, in response to business needs, prior to accepting the order. Once you change your prep time on the tablet and accept the order, the customer will be notified on the updated time to arrive for their food.

Yes, we will provide you with access to our merchant portal. In the merchant portal, you will be able to adjust your prep times and limit orders based on 15 minute increments throughout the day.

We provide you access to your very own website builder that you may choose to utilize. The website builder easily allows you to uniquely tailor your own website with online ordering with only a few clicks!
