Setup and training typically take between 3 to 4 days depending on menu complexity.

For new customers, the bot gathers basic information such as their name, address (for delivery orders), and payment details if needed. For existing customers, the bot recognizes the phone number and retrieves all saved information for a faster ordering process. It even addresses the customer by name, offering a personalized experience.

The bot collects essential details such as:

• Customer name
• Delivery address (if applicable)
• Payment information (if the customer wishes to pay over the phone or if prepayment is required by the restaurant)

The bot follows the restaurant's settings for different order types:

• Catering: Orders must be placed with a specific lead time based on the size and complexity of the order.
• Delivery and Takeout: The bot checks the restaurant’s prep time and allows customers to place orders for ASAP or for a scheduled time. It also uses the appropriate menu (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) based on the time of day.

The bot is synced in real-time with the restaurant’s menu, including item availability. Customizations are allowed for each item, but if the restaurant prefers, customers can be restricted to only selecting preset options from the menu without adding custom instructions. This reduces the chances of error and ensures that orders are standardized.

Currently, if a customer wishes to modify their order, they must call back and speak with one of our live representatives. Starting in the second quarter of 2025, customers will be able to make changes through a link sent with their order confirmation. This link will allow them to track and adjust their order without needing to speak to a representative.

The bot can handle an unlimited number of calls simultaneously, meaning no customer is placed on hold, even during peak times. If the restaurant disables ordering (e.g., due to being overwhelmed), the bot will apologize to customers. However, we recommend that the restaurant adjusts its prep time, allowing the bot to continue taking future orders and informing customers of the earliest available pickup or delivery time.

The bot can be programmed to upsell items like drinks or desserts during the ordering process. It can also suggest items based on the customer's previous order history. With its ability to handle multiple calls at once, there are no missed opportunities, meaning restaurants capture every potential sale, even during peak times.

At the moment, the bot cannot process promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs. However, this functionality is expected to be available by the second quarter of 2025.

In addition to voice ordering, customers can track their orders in real-time. We also offer the option to set up automated marketing based on the restaurant’s customer data, allowing restaurants to easily reach out to customers with promotions or loyalty offers.

The bot is automatically integrated with third-party services such as Uber and DoorDash for delivery. Restaurants can choose to use their in-house drivers or run a hybrid model. For in-house drivers, we provide a driver app to ensure proper tracking and seamless order management. The bot works effortlessly with either delivery model, and online ordering for takeout or delivery is offered at no extra charge.

When a customer calls, the bot instantly checks the availability of items based on the restaurant’s POS integration or tablet setup. If an item is out of stock or not available during certain times (like breakfast-only items), the bot informs the customer and suggests alternatives if available.

We provide direct support to restaurant owners and managers through Slack, a communication tool designed for teams. Slack allows for instant messaging, group discussions, and file sharing. Our support team will be available for troubleshooting, updates, and any additional training. If the restaurant owner or manager is unfamiliar with Slack, we’ll assist them in downloading and setting it up on their phone or computer so they can reach us easily.

After each order, the bot sends a satisfaction survey via SMS or email to the customer to gather feedback. Additionally, the bot asks the customer to rate their experience at the end of the call. This helps us and the restaurant continually improve service.

If the restaurant is not satisfied with the bot’s performance within two months, we offer a full refund of the setup fees. This allows restaurant owners to test the bot without long-term risk.

All customer data is handled through encryption, ensuring privacy and security compliance. We adhere to industry standards to protect sensitive information, such as payment details and customer addresses.
